WEEE Take-Back

From the 13th of August 2005 retailers are obliged to take back WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) from private householders free of charge. Retailers, when supplying a new product, must accept back waste electrical and electronic equipment from private households free of charge on a one-for-one like-for-like basis as long as the waste electrical and electronic equipment is of equivalent type or has fulfilled the same function as the supplied equipment.The item being returned does not have to be the same brand as the one being bought.

For in-store purchase and take away, WEEE may be returned free of charge up to 15 days from the date of purchase. WEEE that has been delivered can be returned to us within a maximum of 30 days from date of delivery. Our address is Marx Computers, 18 Crescent Place, Dublin 3.
